The noise was a real problem. The surrounding area was loud, and the room had poor soundproofing. I could hear people talking next door, and it sounded like someone was arguing right outside my room. The bathroom was narrow and dirty. There were dead cockroaches in it during my visit, and the trash can still had rubbish from the previous guests, so it seemed staff hadn't cleaned the room before handing it over. The room itself was spacious, but the layout was strange. The TV was squeezed between the window and wardrobe, meaning two people had to lie side by side on the bed to watch. There was also a large empty area that went unused. Check-in was uncomfortable. There was no reception desk or staff, just a young man sitting on a sofa who asked which room I wanted and quoted a price. He sat there talking to me, which felt disrespectful. I’d messaged him on Zalo beforehand to ask about the 380k room price, but when I arrived he said there was an extra 20k charge because it was the weekend. I didn’t like how unclear the hotel’s process was, especially since I’d asked in advance and they hadn’t told me about the extra charge. At checkout, nobody was there to help, so I had to leave my key card on the table with no one watching it. The parking lot was locked, and I had to find someone to open it. It took a while to get my motorbike out and wasted a lot of time. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city center, and 400k VND for this stay wasn’t worth it. For that amount, I could rent a much more reasonable room outside District 3.

The room was nice and the price reasonable. I’ll be back soon.

Staff were enthusiastic, and the place was clean and airy. Overall, it was okay.
