Elegant Feel Inn - M&A

I booked five nights, but the room I got on arrival the first day was very dirty and had clearly been used by someone else. I left right away and never came back. I asked for a refund since I hadn't stayed there at all, but got no good response. It felt like a trap, a scam, and the whole thing was terrible. Worst experience.

There’s a lively club down the road and its music goes late into the night, so light sleepers should bear that in mind. Otherwise, the location suited me really well: cafés, restaurants, and sights were walkable, and transport was nearby for going farther. At Elegant View Inn, my room was much more spacious than I expected, clean, and nicely kept. It was comfortable to relax in after a busy day. I had a great stay and would happily book it again.

The broken door lock meant anyone could have entered and taken my things, so I had to cancel all my evening plans. The place was closed despite advertising 24-hour check-in, and I was sent codes to get into a room on the fourth floor with no lift. The advertised balcony wasn't usable, the walls were moldy, the air conditioner didn't work properly, and there were no towels. After 10:30 p.m. they offered to move me to another hotel at my expense. They refunded me the next day, but offered no compensation for the inconvenience. A terrible experience. I definitely don't recommend booking here.

The quick, straightforward self check-in and checkout worked well, and the room and basic amenities were clean. Free drinking water was available anytime. The alley felt quiet and safe, though there was a little noise at night from a nearby bar. It didn't disturb my sleep much on the second floor. The central location has easy bus access, and for around 450k VND a night it's hard to find a better downtown deal. There's no elevator, though, so carrying bags up to the second floor can be tiring. I'd happily stay again for the value.
