I booked through Agoda and was very happy. The rooms were great, and as an Arab guest I felt genuinely welcomed. The team are warm, big-hearted people, very flexible, easy to deal with, and always ready to help. They offer flexible check-in and check-out, the cleaning staff are very kind, and the team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp. That’s why I stayed a full week after originally booking just one night.

The staff were really nice and accommodating while I was there, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The location is great, and my room was clean and spacious. I’m really enjoying my stay and would love to come back. I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place with great service 👏

The walls are paper thin, and I could hear guests fighting. Smoke suddenly filled my room through the AC vents, which are shared with rooms where other guests were smoking. The AC also says "filter needs replacement". Avoid. I’m glad I only stayed one test night before committing to a longer stay.

The staff were extremely helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. The rooms are modern and clean. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, and Saigon Centre mall is less than a 10-minute Grab ride away. Highly recommend!!!
