The location worked really well for me: close to the bus terminal, a short walk to Ben Thanh Market, and near money changers and 7-Eleven. There are also plenty of halal restaurants right in front, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. My room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and both the shower and toilet worked well. The water heater did too. One thing I had to do was remind reception to arrange housekeeping each day. The entrance stairs should also be kept clear of parked motorbikes. I stayed six days and five nights. My flight landed at 7 PM, but was delayed by an hour and a half, and the line at Saigon airport took about another hour, so I arrived around 8 PM. The receptionist on duty was very helpful. I was struggling with my luggage, especially with motorbikes partly blocking the entrance stairs, and he carried it for me. I first booked one night through a hotel reservation platform for IDR 632,870 (USD 37.14). I told the receptionist I'd extend if the room was clean and the bathroom was okay. After the first night I decided to stay through the rest of my trip, and the hotel offered a rate about 25% lower than the platform.

My check-in was held up while housekeeping finished, but the room was super clean when I got in. The housekeeper had to hurry, yet still did a careful job. The floor was damp when I stepped inside, which showed she'd taken the time to clean properly for the next guest. I was really impressed.

The bathroom was spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the beds were comfortable. It's a quiet hotel, without construction or street noise. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the place is lovely, clean, and comfortable, near the market in a central spot. Don't miss this gem!

The location was a big plus, near Ben Thanh Market and lots of halal restaurants, so it's handy for Muslim travelers. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. The hotel has updated key cards and the essentials, plus a smart TV that let me watch lots of movies. My mom and I stayed 16 nights in a twin room and had a pleasant time. The room was maintained with daily housekeeping and was clean, though I spotted small stains on the sheets now and then. It had no window. The price is relatively high compared with other hotels nearby, but the service and location make it worthwhile. A great option if those matter most to you, despite the occasional cleanliness issue and lack of a window.

The location made things easy, with Halal food nearby and Ben Thành Market close by. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were really friendly and did their best to help. I'd stay here again.
