The area is convenient, and the alley is quiet and peaceful. The rooftop is large, and there’s a gym that’s hardly used, so it’s usually free. Neighbors, both foreign and Vietnamese, and the wider neighborhood are sweet and welcoming. I stayed for three months. The manager was friendly and helpful, though the other staff were just okay and didn’t speak English, which sometimes made it hard to communicate. Cleaning gets a 5/10 from me. In my opinion, they don’t wash the bedsheets properly. Still, I think it’s worth what I paid.

We arrived early from Holland and the owner kindly let us leave our luggage. There’s also a small air-conditioned gym. All in all, a great experience.

A spacious room with a kitchen and washing machine, so it works for either a short or longer stay. There are several places to eat nearby. I liked the place. The main entrance is controlled, and you need a separate access card to open it. The receptionist speaks English, but the other staff don’t understand it.

The manager was friendly and let me end my contract early, which is why I’m giving three stars. The other staff didn’t seem interested in guests. Rear rooms get noise from the road and old air conditioning units. Be careful with the electricity meters. I was charged three times what I paid elsewhere in VN for a room the same size.
