Okay.

The room was already in poor condition, and the staff's careless way of treating guests made the stay worse. I was sleeping alone and wasn't making any noise, but after borrowing a phone charger the night before, I was woken at 00:30 by a call asking for it back. I had rented the room to sleep. Then, when I went to pay in the morning, staff said they were planning to kick me out. Seriously, she's an employee whose salary comes from the owner, so whether guests stay or not doesn't affect her.
The room on the first floor felt cramped and stuffy, with a smell and cockroaches. It was small, old, and not clean. The air conditioner added a cricket-like noise, too. The posted price was 180, but when I asked inside, they said 250. I needed a room urgently, so I stayed without asking further. There's not much to say about the service. When I went down to check out, the receptionist was playing a game and forgot to return my ID card until I reminded them.
The wardrobe was dirty, and the mattress wasn't clean. The check-in price was absurdly high. For that kind of money, I could've had a much better stay at a 4-star hotel.
People are bound to regret staying here by the time they leave.
