We were comfortable enough to add two more days to our stay. The top-floor family room has lots of windows, and the air conditioning kept it cool; we also had our own kitchen and a bathroom with a tub. The walls had a few marks and the bedding wasn't spotless, and during our three nights the sheets and towels weren't changed, though we hadn't asked for that. The staff were welcoming throughout. Bao was our first contact and sent us ideas for places to see, eat, and drink when we checked in. The other staff, whose names we didn't get, were just as kind and checked whether we needed anything. This isn't the place for a luxury stay with everything immaculate, but it has character and is about as good as it gets for the budget. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it. Hope to come back someday. Thank you~

Kien was one of the friendliest, most hospitable receptionists I've met at a hotel. Coming from England, it was such a nice change to see someone smiling and clearly happy at work. The hotel is excellent value, and I don't think you'll find a better deal in District 1. The room has great views, the bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works really well. It was surprisingly quiet at night, too. Thank you.

I felt safe and slept well in this quiet apartment. The staff were friendly, and the air conditioning was good. A great spot for my final two nights in Vietnam, with a really convenient location.

Reception were great when we needed help with deliveries. They accepted packages we'd arranged to have sent to the hotel and helped us with them, and also lent us an iron and a rice cooker when we asked. The location worked well for getting to most of our activities. I'd recommend staying here.

The price is affordable for any budget, and I felt safe both in the hotel and nearby. My room was clean, the staff were very nice, and I had a very good stay. I'd recommend it to anyone.
