Each room is a 100 m2 suite with two bedrooms and a kitchen. It’s pretty old, but works well for a long stay.

Good location.

It cost a bit more than I’d hoped, but I’d consider staying here again if I return to Ho Chi Minh City. I could walk to all the nearby famous restaurants and tourist attractions. The place was old and worn, yet well maintained, and I especially liked how quiet it was. The parking area created a sort of yard that made the place feel spacious, and the surrounding sidewalks were wide. There was a caretaker at the entrance, so food delivery motorcycles couldn’t enter the yard. I had to find a room urgently for four nights, and this was the only available option I found, so I paid the suite rate. The suite had two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and one bathroom. Having both a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the kitchen was very useful.

Our family rented a parking space here. The security guards at this central location were extremely rude, speaking to customers as if they were their children or grandchildren and intimidating them like they were in a market town. Given the attitude of the Japanese landlords in city centres, I recommend the building managers and house directors consider hiring educated staff who can treat guests with restraint and courtesy.
