Hotel A-Loi

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The staff came in to take pictures but didn't clean anything, and the bed, sheets, and towels were dirty, with hair still left from previous guests. There were cigarette butts on the floor and cockroaches, and the whole room was filthy. The air conditioner was broken, and there were no slippers until I called three times. I couldn't tell whether the previous guest's room had even been cleaned. The holiday rate had gone up to 500k a night. Last night I was told the extra charge was 20k per hour, but today it was 50k per hour. When I asked, they said the new owner had told them that morning, without telling customers. The quality was bad, and I'll warn people to avoid this place.

The room was filthy, with cockroaches crawling all over, and it stank.

The staff were lovely and the service was amazing. I'd give this 10 stars.
