The staff are friendly and know what they're doing. English communication is a bit tricky, but a voice translator works fine 😁. The hotel itself is nice, though the area around it isn't anything special. There are coffee shops nearby.
I felt safe leaving my valuables in the room for the whole trip. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and knew the area well.
