The apartments are brand new, but the staff seem inexperienced. During Lunar New Year there was nobody at reception, and with so few staff around we couldn't get basics like toilet paper or room cleaning. Very disappointed.

Sleep was impossible with the neighbors playing loud music every night from 1 AM until 3 or 4 AM. The rooms don't block the sound well, and management's response when we called was perfunctory. We pay service fees for this kind of management. If service is this bad and management won't take responsibility, they shouldn't charge those fees.

The Wi-Fi keeps cutting out, even after we ask them to fix it, and they just brush off the problem. The hotline is hit or miss, and building issues can mean waiting until the following day. During a power outage nobody picked up. Why have a hotline if no one answers?

There's no hot water in the shower, only cold. The room itself is spacious, but the bathroom is so worn down that it can't be used anymore. I wish I'd checked properly before moving in.
