The rooms were okay, but looked pretty worn and could use a refresh. The hotel is close to the airport and two large supermarkets.
2/10
The staff’s attitude was very poor. Your team needs proper customer service training before dealing with guests. Please take this issue seriously.

We come here every time we visit. It’s affordable, the service is great, and the staff are kind. The location is ideal for us in the city, and being close to the airport is a plus. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

We’ve stayed here three times now. Our first visit was for our wedding, and the second was with our daughter when she was 2, five years ago. We returned last month, and the service was really good again. The owner and all the staff are always polite and friendly, and the room was very clean. I’d recommend it to our friends and everyone I know.

This hotel is just what I wanted. I’m Vietnamese and have spent half my life abroad, so while staying in Vietnam I really need some “Vietnamese” around me. It’s close to the airport, a huge supermarket, and a Gongcha branch. That’s a perfect combination for me.
