Masteri Thao Dien Apartments 02 - HCM

I’ve been here many times and love the vibe. The place is well maintained and secure, with nice apartments and lots of shops. There’s also a big supermarket, Vincon Mega Mall, a metro station, a nice park, and a tennis court. If you need a real estate agent, First Homes Agent is reliable.

The self-contained apartments are very tidy and security is good. There’s a shopping centre next door, plus a Costco-type market across the train station, so it’s all very convenient.

At 11 pm, we still can’t reach anyone for an explanation or help. There’s been no contact or accountability after the building housekeeping staff threw out our food and laundry without permission while we were away. That’s a serious violation of our personal property and completely unacceptable. For somewhere claiming to be “luxury,” the disrespect and lack of response are shocking. Masteri Thao Dien Tower 1 has been a nightmare. Save your money and belongings. Don’t live here.

I lived here for 10 months and wouldn’t return or recommend it. The experience was incredibly frustrating, with rude staff at Masteri who couldn’t explain basic things or answer questions properly. There were constant miscommunications and plenty of arrogance. One example: a friend stayed for a month, so I registered her motorbike for that period. I told reception when making the contract that I only needed it for a month, and the staff member agreed. A couple of months later, I realized I was being overcharged. Reception said I had to deregister the bike, something the person who set up the contract had never told me. I ended up paying for a “ghost bike” for another three months. The pool’s facial recognition access was another hassle. Whenever a friend visited, I had to go to reception to tell them so my guest could use it. I also sometimes work from home, but the monthly fire alarm test at full volume disrupted my work. They only warned residents after the test had already happened.
