We had a really nice four-night stay, and would recommend this hotel. We wanted to add a night but it was fully booked, so we moved two minutes away to the sister property. The location was ideal, the staff were accommodating and reasonable with requests, and security helped move our bags. The staff were friendly, especially the security guards and breakfast team. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and while the furniture and decor have an older, 90s feel, everything was well looked after. We liked the vintage look. Our room had no view, which suited us because it was quiet and away from the road. The bed was very comfortable, the bathtub was good, and the AC worked well. There was a safe, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer and toiletries. The two lifts were fast. I thought the wifi worked well, though my boyfriend didn’t, and I’m not sure why. Breakfast had lots of options: eggs made to order, Western and Asian dishes, fruit and cakes. The pool area was nice. A few things could be better. The pool steps are awkward to use, as if the place for your foot is missing. Some guests left their doors open while their kids screamed, cried and ran around in the hall early in the morning. I’d expect the hotel to ask them to close the doors and keep the noise down. Housekeeping staff also shouted to one another outside our room on most mornings, and a reminder that people may still be sleeping would help.

I stayed here in April 2026 and would definitely recommend it. The team were very professional, especially the security staff and reception, who were helpful, kind and responsive. The hotel has a great location on Dong Khoi, just behind Nguyen Hue. The room and bedding were very nice, and breakfast had a large, good selection. I hope to come back on my next visit.

The location is perfect, the included breakfast was superb, and the service staff were excellent. Still, it wasn’t quite a perfect stay. There was a loud party on the sixth floor that could be heard all over the hotel, the bed was a bit too hard, and the satellite TV signal paused every few seconds.

The breakfast buffet has an excellent range, and the staff are really nice and friendly. It’s affordable for a central hotel, too. The location makes it easy to walk peacefully to everywhere in the central area.

I haven’t stayed here myself, but I looked around for some friends. The building is very old, though I’d call it old-fashioned, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff were lovely and gave the place the feel of a family-owned hotel. After meeting them and seeing one of the rooms, I suggested my friends book it, and they did.
