The location was perfect, just far enough from the thick of things to feel local. It was also surprisingly quiet for Ho Chi Minh City, so we slept well, and the bed was amazing. The staff were friendly and let us check in very late after our 20 hours of travel. We arrived to no hot shower, but they came up the next morning to fix it. The water pressure wasn't great once the hot water was working. The kettle worked, though the balcony was a bit rough. There were a few ants and some damaged furniture. For what we paid, the photos oversold the place, and we felt we'd overpaid for the top-floor suite. We would stay here again.

The apartments were very good, though not cheap. The location was amazing, the rooms were quite decent, and we had a great roof terrace. Staff were very helpful and made sure everything was fine. We had a very good stay.

I had a great stay earlier, on a quiet road close to the centre of district 1, with a nice restaurant across the street. The washing machine and dryer were free to use. A week later I came back to HCMC for the day before catching a nightbus, and the staff kindly let me leave my luggage there so I didn't have to carry it around. They were so helpful, and that really made my day 🧡

We had a window and balcony, plus a working AC, fridge and kitchen. The room looked more or less like the pictures, and noise from the main street wasn't an issue since the appartement is tucked into a smaller alley. There are plenty of food options, mini markets and bars nearby. We stayed three nights and had nothing to complain about. Friendly staff. Cheers :)
