Friendly, helpful staff and a good price, with a local market, Big C supermarket, and plenty of eateries nearby. The comfortable local buses across the street go straight downtown for $5000 dong. The hotel is bright, clean, relatively quiet, and serves well if you’d rather avoid the tourist trap. Some towels are starting to look yellowish, though, maybe because they don’t have good laundry soap. It’s also a love hotel with hourly rentals, which seems common outside the town centre. For the price, I think it’s well worth it. You can’t reasonably expect in-room coffee or breakfast at this rate, but both are literally next door.

There aren’t any tourist attractions in the neighbourhood, and nobody speaks English, but the street food is really great. The beds are comfortable and the place is neat, making it perfect for a night while waiting for a flight.

There are lots of restaurants, cafes, and minimarts around, plus a bus stop a short walk away. Buses to the city center run every 10 minutes and the ticket is only 5000 dong. The hotel was nice, cheap, and clean, with a very comfortable bed, modern shower, fast wifi, elevator, fridge, and air conditioning. I stayed four nights and found the staff nice. The credit card reader didn’t work, though, so bring cash.

For a two day stay, I had nothing to complain about. It was one of the cleanest hotels I stayed at in Vietnam, and the room had a closet for my stuff, towels, shampoo, and the basics.
