The bed was really comfortable, and getting to SECC or walking to Crescent Mall was easy. The staff were so friendly, and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The curtains wouldn’t close properly, but I got them to stay together, and it wasn’t a big deal. It’s an environmentally conscious hotel, so the water pressure can be a little weak, especially when flushing. I wouldn’t put paper in the toilet. I’d like to come back someday.

The pillow felt too high for me, so I slept poorly during my first week. The air conditioning also felt warmer than I prefer, though 23° was still acceptable. The staff made the stay comfortable and welcoming. On my first day, Ms Joy arranged my accommodation and kept me updated about where breakfast would be served when the usual location was under renovation or at capacity. At checkout, Tuan Anh, Mr phuc and Ms Minh helped with my request for printed receipts and carried my luggage out.

The check-in and checkout were smooth, and the room was clean. I especially want to thank Nhu in the breakfast area. Someone bumped into me and a little hot noodle soup spilled onto my hand. After she cleaned the floor, Nhu came over just a few minutes later with ointment and a pair of chopsticks. She was attentive and helpful, even with the place so busy. Cam on!

The security guard really stood out. He helped us park our motorbike in the basement and even noticed a couple of mechanical problems we’d missed. Such a kind, useful gesture. We had a comfortable, convenient stay and a lovely time in the city.
