I've stayed here several times. The location and cleanliness are okay, the water gets warm enough, and the TV doesn't work. The hosts are friendly most of the time, though the housekeeper isn't. We told the owners about an issue with a cash transaction involving her, but they were slow to respond and didn't come up with a solution. They should keep a closer eye on employees, especially when they handle money. It was only a couple of dollars, so not a huge deal, and we can't tell whether the housekeeper was dishonest or genuinely confused. Still, it left me a little disappointed.

The price is low, so the room is decent for what you pay. There's no one at reception at night, but they give you a key to the entrance, so you can come and go even after drinking late. At most hotels I expect bottled water to be free, but here each bottle cost 10,000 VND.

They treated me like they were the boss. I had booked one room and was given a different one, and my messages to the fanpage were just marked "Seen" with no reply. The room was tiny, short on amenities, and expensive at 400k for a single room. Bad trip. Please don't choose this place.

I regret booking here. I reserved a large room but got a tiny one instead. Since it's a homestay, lots of things were missing, yet the price was high. There was no parking, and despite the expensive rooms, there was no hot water. A terrible experience.
