I arrived late at night and got a ground-floor room. Even with the AC set to 16 degrees Celsius and the fan on, it still wasn't cool after almost two hours. It was running, but the heat was unbearable, so I had to check out. The air conditioner in this room is faulty. Why hasn't the hotel noticed? If a service business can't take care of basics like this, what's the point? Hix The photo I took shows an old model of air conditioner. No wonder it ran without cooling the room.

Last night, I saw an employee act like the boss, speaking loudly and rudely to a customer. They looked like an addict. The customer was charged 115k for less than an hour, and when they asked for the charge to be checked, the employee made them check it themselves. I've been to lots of shops, and this was the worst I've seen.
