The address was wrong, and the hotel had a completely different name from the one advertised. The room photos were a complete lie. My first room had a big roach and a door that wouldn't lock, so I had to ask for another. The second was cleaner and didn't stink like the first, but the AC didn't cool, it only worked like a fan. I'm not sure whether the reviews are fake, but I wouldn't sleep here again.

Staying at Tule Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City was a great experience. The area was lovely, with lots of food choices for vegetarians and everyone else.

The room was clean, and the service was great.

Good.

The only helpful person was Tai at the front desk. He used his phone to help me order food. The rest of the stay was bad, and I had to switch rooms twice because each one had different problems. The AC, shower, TV, and interior all needed fixing. Everything seemed poorly maintained. I won't come back.
