We looked forward to coming back to our room after long days exploring Saigon. It was comfortable and relaxing, like a home base. Quoc Dat at the front desk was consistently helpful with anything that came up, and his service made us feel especially welcome. The hotel is small, but the rooms are surprisingly spacious and cost much less than other places in District 1. You're close to everything in D1, while being on a quiet street that made it easy to sleep. We'd definitely book again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

My room had big windows, and the staff were so friendly. It's good value, tucked into a quiet alley but close to lots of restaurants and tourist spots. I'll definitely come back on my next visit.

Chou made a real difference during my stay at NEXUS HOUSE CAY DIEP in Ho Chi Minh City. They were kind, attentive, genuinely helpful, and ready whenever I needed something, so I felt right at home. The whole place has a comfortable, welcoming feel, and you can tell the team cares about making guests feel valued. I had a wonderful visit and would happily recommend NEXUS HOUSE CAY DIEP to anyone wanting a friendly place to stay in the city.

The bed felt pretty stiff, and there was plenty of noise when I visited in November 2025. Construction at the house next door ran from 7am to 5pm, you could hear motorbikes at night even with the window fully shut, and the nearby school started singing early. If noise bothers you, keep that in mind. Otherwise, I enjoyed the stay. It's a cute little boutique hotel and the staff are super friendly.

We weren't guests at the hotel, but it looked really nice and was in a good location. We needed visas printed for Cambodia and everywhere else was closed, so we asked the lady in the coffee shop. She printed them for free. So lovely and helpful.
