The gym was a highlight, with clean equipment and good machines. The building is very nice, and the area feels calm while still being close to the city. The staff at the door were always sweet and pleasant.

There are loud parties from AirBnBs at night, and construction goes on in the building seven days a week.

The building management is incredibly hostile toward guests. I wouldn't recommend staying here short term or buying a condo here.
