King Hotel Saigon Airport

The place feels extremely shabby. Water stains mark the walls, and the ceiling is so low it feels oppressive, almost like it could touch your head. The refrigerator's rubber seal is covered in black mold. After brushing my teeth, the bathroom sink clogged completely and wouldn't drain.

The team, especially Nuong, were friendly, kind, and supportive, and I had no real complaint about the service. I was confused at first about the airport transfer, but they cleared it up promptly and clearly over Zalo. I arrived earlier than expected, and because of the misunderstanding they let me check in without an extra charge. They also stored my luggage after checkout since my flight wasn't until the evening. The room was clean and matched the description and photos. I rented a motorbike and felt reassured that I could park it safely in the basement. The place is well connected to the city, with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and most things you might need nearby. There are also motorbike rentals close by. Hourly stays are available, which is handy for a short rest between flights or quick airport access. It seems well suited to airport transfers, a nap, or a city stay. My ratings were five stars for value, no hidden fees or surcharges, cleanliness, communication, staff attitude, the calm area, and parking. Thanks for the excellent service!

The TV was broken, so they changed my room. I found an opened cup noodle and threw it away, guessing the previous customer had eaten some. When I was checking out, the receptionist told me to pay for the noodle and for water and tea I had supposedly drunk, even though I hadn't eaten anything. There was also a condom on the floor. I used a translation app to explain, and they told me to put a 5-star review in the app and on Google while they watched. They forced me to give five stars. As I picked up my bag to leave, the receptionist asked me to pay for laundry. No one had told me the price, and the clothes came back smelling awful and badly damaged. The Nike logo was gone. I recommend not staying there.

Clean and practical location, with places to eat nearby. A good spot for arriving in or leaving Saigon.
