The place wasn't clean enough for what it cost, and the charges felt exploitative. My stay was very disappointing. After the deposit was paid, manager Nancy ignored our requests and overcharged us. Even a simple request for fresh microphone batteries went nowhere. Prices were excessive and service was nonexistent. I felt our consumer rights were clearly abused, and I'd strongly advise avoiding this property.

Good service, and it's a big place.

The loud, tacky vinahouse music shows no respect for the neighbors. It's annoying and in bad taste.
