Don't book here. You'll be told your room isn't available and given one at zenity instead. I booked through booking.com and had to raise a complaint to get the administration issue sorted out. The whole thing was stressful and left me feeling scammed.
6/10
The location is great, 10/10, but the place isn't as luxurious as it was advertised. The mattress is very uncomfortable and not soft at all, and the pillows are really flat.
2/10
The rooms are nice, but the facilities are in bad shape and the service is almost nonexistent. The fitness center isn’t working and won’t be for an unlimited period of time, and the pool isn’t well maintained. Don’t come to this building.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THROUGH BOOKING.COM I tried to book an apartment in this building through booking.com, called the Imperial Jade Suite. On arrival day, I was told it had been overbooked and was no longer available. They said they’d found a replacement apartment for me in the Zenity building. Read the reviews of Zenity carefully. This seems like a scam, so beware. I insisted on canceling my booking, and then they said my apartment in the Kieu building was ready after all. I still wanted to cancel, and they granted it.

Right in the city center, this is a beautiful, luxurious apartment that feels very desirable.
