The apartment facilities are managed well.

Be careful when booking this apartment hotel. It was overrated and didn't match the booking advertisement. The listing was for Vinhomes D'Capitalr, which defaulted to the building above the mall, but the building I was assigned wasn't disclosed until check-in. They said my reservation was for building C2, so I had assumed I'd booked the one above the mall and was wrong. The apartment looked nothing like the photos I booked, and neither did the furniture. There was black mold everywhere, plus cockroaches, spiders, and webs throughout. The bed was hard like a floor, and the sheets, blanket, and pillows were dirty and didn't seem washed or clean. There were only reused slippers. The whole room smelled as if someone had just smoked before I checked in. The washer and dryer were filthy and old, and bedsheets were hanging outside on the balcony. It was hard to get in and out, and Grab and private transfers had trouble finding the place. It's tucked away, so getting to town for food and sightseeing took about 20 to 30 min. Remember, these aren't hotels, so you're staying among other residents. We got weird looks from residents, and there's a curfew. Take the advice and stay near old quarter hanoi. Don't be catfished by the cheap price and fake photoshopped photo.

I paid $165 through Agoda, but the apartment I arrived at didn't look like the listing. There wasn't a bed, just an old, rock-hard couch, and now my back is killing me. The owner and Agoda won't refund me, so I've lost a lot of money. It felt like the room photos were fake and meant to trick customers. I won't come back. Don't book here, and don't use Agoda.

The view was great, and the place was clean with lots of shops close by. The Old Quarter is quite a distance away.
