The location was convenient, and the hotel felt peaceful, safe, and well organized, which mattered during an international event. I stayed at La Chateau Hotel for the Miss Charm 2025 competition in Vietnam, and it helped make my time there memorable. After long competition days, the clean, spacious, well-kept rooms were a comfortable place to return to. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, and the staff were kind, attentive, and ready to help from the first day. I'm grateful for the hospitality and would happily recommend it to people visiting Vietnam for leisure, business, or events.

For this price and location, I don't think the hotel is worth it. With the same budget, there are much better places in the city center, and I wouldn't rate this five stars. The room looked new, but I found insects and ants, which shouldn't happen at this level. The listings on booking apps also don't match what's actually there: they advertise a gym, but there is no gym. Service, especially housekeeping, was my main concern. While I was out, something happened that left me uneasy. My iPad locked for five minutes afterward, even though I'd entered the wrong password just once. I can't say exactly what happened, but I wondered if someone had touched my device, and it raised serious privacy concerns. Think carefully before booking.

I've never stayed anywhere grander. The building is magnificent, the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom has a separate bath and shower. The staff are wonderful too. It's a wonderfully opulent hotel, and I owed it to myself to stay somewhere this lovely. The poor reviews I saw seemed petty and self-indulgent.

They have karaoke often, and it's extremely loud. I don't understand how they can do that when the law prohibits it. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want a good night's rest.
