3 Dec 2025, I checked in Room 701 and it is a terrible room which is not tally to what they show in the pictures where they put on Trip.com. IMO, this is just a 1-2 stars quality and they market it to 3-4 stars. Photos will tell.

*update* the owner’s account has been suspended from VRBO and Expedia… however I’m still out 1300 dollars due their lack of ethics… Been on the phone for 7 hours with VRBO and Expedia trying to get money from these crooks. Place is abysmal and filthy. Nothing like the photos online. Half the room flooded from the washing machine and as you walk on the floors, water seeps through the floor boards and black mold is everywhere underneath. Tub is just the thrown into a walk in shower and rocks back and forth when you’re inside. Called customer service and reported a health and safety concern. Host

Don’t be fooled by the online photos. We booked a two-bedroom apartment for one night and definitely would not have wanted to stay any longer. The whole complex felt old, damp, and poorly maintained, bedrooms were disappointingly small. The bathtub was difficult to get in and out of due to its depth, and it was very slippery, which felt unsafe. Our stay got off to a frustrating start at check-in, where there seemed to be a lack of communication between reception staff and the landlord. Unfortunately, the reception team offered little assistance in resolving the issue, which made the experience
