My helmet was stolen from right outside my front door. Neighbors will steal from you, and security didn’t really do much to help. They showed me two pictures of random residents from the elevator cameras, and there aren’t any cameras in the corridors.

They cut the electricity from 9am to 4pm on my day off. The fridge could lose food, and people working from home can’t charge devices or use AC to keep cool in the heat. These maintenance hours make no sense and disrupt people’s lives. I can’t think of anywhere that electrical maintenance takes seven hours. The apartment doesn’t care or offer compensation, just says sorry and tells you to put up with it. I don’t pay these ridiculous management fees to be unable to do what I want in my own home.

SCAMMERS! Avoid renting here. First they say everything is fine, then add you to a WhatsApp group with around ten people, none of whom say anything all day. When you arrive, you wait for a staff member from this scam operation to show up and tell you the apartment isn’t available, but they have another one. That one is in the middle of nowhere, not the nice area you booked, and costs the same. They smile and ask you to come along. Awful. SCAMMERS!

The pool is the only thing that’s “nice.” The hallways are disgusting, the gym equipment is dated, and the amenities are broken. The place is surrounded by dirt, absolutely disgusting and overpriced, and acts like it’s upscale.
