Liberty Central Saigon Centre

We only stayed one night, so I can’t say much, but it was pleasant. The staff were friendly, the rooms decent though a bit compact, and they let us check out late because we had an evening flight. The location is perfect, right next to Ben Tha Market, three minutes from Saigon centre, and about a 35-minute drive from the airport.

My wife Phuong and I recently stayed here, and the staff made the visit memorable. The team, including concierge captain Mr Huynh Kim Long, did much more than open the door and greet guests throughout the day. Hung, Nam, and the other security staff took pride in helping us get in and out of rideshares safely. They first tried to have the driver pull over on the hotel side. When that didn’t work, one of them personally walked us across the chaotic traffic, putting himself between us and the cars during pickups and returns. Triet at the concierge went to the laundromat after hearing it would be closed by the time we got back. He also helped with a time-sensitive dry cleaning delivery. The attentive F&B staff, including Long, Xu Huynh, Tram, Ngoc, and others, kept things clean and served delicious food and drinks. Mr. Tuyen, Nguyen Kha Ly, Nuong, Uyen, Quyen, Trang, Phuong, and the concierge team deserve kudos. Nuong and her coworkers in the executive lounge always greeted us with smiles, helped deliver food, and answered our many questions about neighborhood attractions. Mr. Huynh Kim Long’s knowledge of HCMC and local culture made our visit more complete. He opened our palates to restaurants we wouldn’t otherwise have found. He didn’t make up answers. If he wasn’t sure, he said he’d get back to us shortly and followed up. He also helped us get embroidery done when other hotels, merchants, and locals couldn’t come through. The staff alone give us a reason to book again next time we’re in HCMC.

After a long trip, it was especially nice to find my room set up the way I prefer. Ms. Dinh Thi Ha Quyen, the Front Office Captain, took the time to learn what I like as a returning guest and made check-in smooth. She was warm, professional, and attentive throughout. I’m a regular at Liberty Central City Center Hotel in Ho Chi Minh, and this recent stay was a great one. Thanks, Ms. Quyen. I’ll keep coming back. From Kwon

The location was the real highlight, with major sights easy to reach on foot or by Grab, and plenty of room for families or friends. We stayed last February during Tet and would book again. We’d booked through Agoda the night before our flight after noticing our original hotel had cancelled on us 😪. On arrival we got a free room upgrade. It’s a legitimate three-star place and good value, with good service, clean room and bathroom that were made up whenever requested, and complimentary drinks at the bar.
