LiLLy Hotel

Super clean, nicely decorated, and the service was great. The price was reasonable too. Fast help whenever we needed anything. Loved it 🥰 Would recommend it to anyone. If they had a 10 star option, I’d give it one 👍 Overall, 10/10.

After a miserable first night in a ridiculously tiny room at a so-called “3 star” hotel, a friend pointed us to Lilly Hotel. We were so grateful for that tip. Lilly is unpretentious, but we felt relaxed there for the next three nights. The room was roomy, the aircon worked, the bed was comfortable, and everything was spotless. The bathroom was clean, and the shower could run hot or cold as needed. There’s no restaurant or bar at Lilly, but coffee bars and places to eat are right nearby, so getting refreshments was easy. At about $15 a night, it’s a steal.

We liked how peaceful it was a little away from the center, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby on foot, including Sumo BBQ. Renting a motorbike near the hotel made the trip into the center, about 20 minutes, easy. If you don't feel like walking, the staff can call a taxi, and they were friendly and helpful, with most speaking English very well. The hotel is nicely designed, and our “little house” had its bathroom indoors, so no insects or mosquitoes got in. The room was spacious and clean, with good air conditioning and a nice bathroom. When you book here, we recommend it, the hotel near the airport

Manager Kim was really helpful arranging a motorbike tour around the city and nightlife. She even came along as our English-speaking guide. The room was clean, though the walls had some damage. The bathroom setup felt unusual compared with hotels in North America, but it was my first time staying in Vietnam.
