The friendly, enthusiastic woman at check-in was the main reason I gave this four stars. Without her, I'd have rated the hotel two. I was having trouble finding a place in District 5, saw some good reviews, and booked one night in a two-bed room at the front for 534k, which seemed reasonable. But the hotel is right on a busy main road, with poor soundproofing, so it was noisy and hot. The Wi-Fi was so weak and unreliable that I couldn't work, and the place rents rooms by the hour, so the bathroom wasn't guaranteed. There were no glass doors on the first floor, and it was quite dusty. The location on a road bend made getting a taxi inconvenient. It wasn't very clean, and the bathroom was old and basic.

I was searching for a pet-friendly hotel because I travel with my dog. I booked and checked again that I would be bringing the dog, but they said dogs couldn't stay in the room and would have to remain in the lobby for four days. Why claim to allow pets when that's not true? I canceled the booking, of course. So you'd have to spend four days sitting in the lobby in your cage.

I rented room 104 this morning and left something in the bathroom. Is there a way to get it back?
