Loftic Apartments - Tan Dinh

The place was dirty, with neighbors leaving rubbish outside, and I spotted three dead cockroaches outdoors before I even checked in. I should have taken that as a sign. One morning, two huge ones crawled under my door into the room. The host brushed it off as “little” roaches and suggested I trap one under a mug. That was condescending, and the bugs were absolutely affecting my stay. I couldn't accept the cleanliness, so I asked for a refund for the unused nights. The host said they were fine with it but wanted Booking to change the reservation to avoid a fee. Booking told me it needed the host's confirmation. Two months later, Booking said it had tried reaching the host three times by email and phone without a reply. When I challenged him, he said they had called the number on his profile, not his personal number. I asked twice for him to simply confirm the change with Booking, but he kept saying they hadn't contacted a number they didn't have. It felt like he was just refusing to refund me, and he could have said so from the start. I'm sure they'll lie about this, so I'll attach screenshots of our messages. Greedy and dirty. And please, don't believe all these Vietnamese reviews.
