I came to Saigon for a month during my beauty makeover journey, and Kin Hotel turned out to be a quiet place to rest, heal, and recover. It’s conveniently located, with restaurants, shopping, and plenty of other places nearby. My room was clean and well maintained. The shower drain design could be better, though. The drains are outside the shower stall, so water spreads across the bathroom floor. The staff were the most memorable part of my stay, and the reason I’d rate this hotel so highly. I initially booked two weeks and planned to move elsewhere for the next two, but they made me feel so at home that I canceled the other booking and stayed for the full month. Everyone went out of their way to help and make me comfortable. At the front desk, I remember Minh Tri, Thang, Hung, Linh, Duyen, Ngoc, Ngoc Minh (in training), Tri, and Thang. In the kitchen, it was Dao, Trang, Thuy, and Phuong. Thank you all for your kindness, dedication, and effort. You made my stay special.

Our room was roomy and clean, with cold AC, and the location worked well for us. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check in ahead of time. The staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Hob, Ms. Emily and Mr. Linh, who made us feel welcome and kept us entertained. We had a great stay.

For a budget friendly hotel, the service was seriously great. Brenda, Hob, Emily and Linh were always around to answer my questions and suggest places to eat. Really enjoyed staying here, they were the best!

The complimentary upgrade was a lovely surprise. My upgraded room looked beautiful, felt comfortable, and had everything I needed. The hotel itself was clean and lovely, with a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. I had a great time here and would happily return. Thank you for the hospitality, I recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Mr. Thang always had a big smile and a really friendly vibe. The staff were polite, generous, welcoming, and ready to help with problems. I’d recommend visiting this place if you’re planning a trip to HCMC.
