The restaurant staff made our meals feel special. Ms. Van That Lan Thuy, Ms. Ngoc Nguyen Vanessa, and Ms. Thy Man Thao were warm, attentive, and professional, and took great care of us. The food was delicious, the atmosphere welcoming, and service impeccable. The doorman also made a lovely impression each day, greeting us kindly and promptly opening the door whenever we came or went. From arrival onward, I appreciated the elegant feel of Sofitel Saigon Plaza and the high standard of hospitality. Everyone helped make our stay and dining experience comfortable and memorable for my family. I’d happily recommend the hotel and restaurant to visitors to Ho Chi Minh City, and hope to return. Thank you to the whole team for such a special visit ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ms. Van That was so friendly and attentive throughout our meal, and her warm service made us feel welcome. The restaurant at Sofitel Saigon Plaza had delicious food, beautifully presented, in a comfortable, elegant setting. I’d recommend it for a pleasant meal and look forward to going back.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with fresh food, consistently good quality, and a strong selection of both Vietnamese and Western dishes. It was a great start to each day. I was in Ho Chi Minh City for a conference, and found Sofitel Saigon Plaza well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a handy location for work or sightseeing. The service stood out most: staff were professional, attentive, and proactive. Van That, Thy, and Man were especially helpful. I travel for business often and would gladly stay here again. A well earned five stars.

Ms.Nghi Lan and Ms.Thuy Nhi looked after our vegetarian requests so well and gave extra care to our 8 year old son. Their upbeat service and constant smiles really brightened the morning. We loved the lavish breakfast buffet and its fresh produce. Thanks, Sofitel, for making our stay memorable.

At Boudoir I kept coming back for the refreshing ginger iced tea, and Trang was the warmest bartender and server we met. Her hospitality, along with that of the rest of the Sofitel Saigon Plaza staff, made the experience feel genuinely Vietnamese. Mezz's breakfast buffet had loads of delicious choices, with quick, friendly, efficient service. The location was great for walking around District 1, with Independence Palace about 0.6 mi, or a 13 minute walk, away. The amenities and food were good too, but the service was the standout.
