We only stayed a short time, but it was worth it. The bed was large, and the place is near all the shops in D12. Check-in was easy, and traffic and motorbike noise wasn't too bad. Receptionist Thuy Giang was nice.

The staff were great and helped with everything, even laundry. It's a nice spot for local food, with Coop market nearby. Getting into town to meet friends takes a bit of a trip.

The location is ideal for us, which makes this a shame, but we stopped staying here because the service got too poor. They keep counting the food and coffee items and billing us for more than we used. We even tried not using anything, and they still said we had. The last time, there was no hot water, and they acted as if hot water was a privilege rather than something to expect. We also noticed more women in revealing clothes arriving for about an hour and then leaving. I don't think we're the kind of customers this hotel is meant for.

The room had an odd smell, though fortunately we were only there for one night. We were on our own otherwise. No one was around, and even the front desk staff didn't offer to help with our luggage.
