For 300k to 700k VND per person per night, I expected better. The shower barely gets your head wet, the rooms are dusty, and the equipment is rusty. Receptionists were rude and tried to extort money, and the manager spoke very rudely too. With service like this, even one star feels too generous.
The room was dirty and the mattress was old. I was shocked when they charged 260 for three hours, with the first hour costing 180. The quality was way too poor for that price.
The blanket was torn, the fridge was moldy, and the toilet paper was damp. I told reception, but no one came up. There was no hot water, so reception gave me an electric kettle and a basin. No hair dryer in the room either, I had to get one from the counter. As soon as I plugged it in, it exploded. Not recommended!!!
