The Mekong Delta trip we booked through the hotel was excellent, really enjoyable and well organized. The staff were warm, helpful, and happy to arrange tours, laundry, or money exchange. We stayed in a balcony room and slept comfortably. With the windows shut, it was quiet at night despite the central location, and the air conditioning made that easy. Being right in the middle of Ho Chi Minh City also made it great for exploring on foot. It may be a one-star hotel, but we had a lovely stay and would happily come back. Thanks so much ❤️

The room was clean and we slept well. The air conditioning wasn't very cold, but it didn't bother us. The room could use some updating, though. We didn't choose a balcony room, and I think that helped with the noise since the street can be loud. The family running the place was friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't officially included, but they gave it to us for free. It's a vintage hotel in the heart of District 1, with a great location. Most attractions are a 20-minute walk or less.

We paid for a cruise dinner, but the hotel hadn't booked it for us. The woman there said she'd cover the taxi, then refused after dinner and shouted that we were “crazy” for no reason. Beforehand, she had also left us wasting time while she searched at the last minute for an available cruise. The whole service was awful, and her attitude was poor. Don't buy tours or other services here.

The owners are wonderful, and the location and price are good. I stayed for more than a year in 2020/2021, longer than I lived in my last apartment back home. This really felt like home away from home.
