I was traveling all day and stayed overnight at Lotus Airport Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City before continuing to Da Nang. The hotel was clean and close to the airport, so it worked well for a short stopover. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and eager to help from arrival through departure. The airport rides were smooth, convenient, and well organized, which spared me the stress of figuring out transport in a busy city after a long flight. Having those transfers included was much appreciated. The mattress was the main problem for me. It was extremely firm and uncomfortable for my personal preference. After a full day of travel, a comfortable night's sleep would have been welcome, and the bed fell short. Bed comfort may depend on individual preference, but that was my biggest downside. The friendly service, hassle-free airport transfers, and convenient location still made this a positive stay overall. I'd give it 3.5/5 stars. Highlights: friendly, welcoming staff; excellent airport transfers; convenient location near the airport; clean and suitable for short stays. Could be better: mattress comfort and overall bed quality.

A handy, reliable place near the airport for a quick stay or long layover. The pickup service made arrival stress-free, and the clean, comfortable rooms were well maintained. Service was excellent throughout.
8/10
The main drawback was getting luggage into the lobby. There's no ramp, so you'll need help from the staff if you're bringing bags. Fortunately, there's a lift inside to reach the rooms. The room was very new and clean, and the service staff were friendly and helpful. It's near international airport T2, with plenty of food and coffee places around. The hotel is next to the main road, so there's a little noise, but it was quiet enough in my room that it didn't wake me. I had a very pleasant stay.
10/10
We needed a simple, hassle-free stop near the airport before an early flight, and this did the job. The room was comfortable and clean, and the price was very reasonable for a short stay. The one drawback was that our room had no window.
8/10
The beds were comfortable and I slept well. The room was very nice, and the staff were helpful. The bathroom floor was slippery, and we couldn't get hot water in the bath, so we used the shower beside it instead. Even so, I'd recommend the place.
