M Hotel Saigon

Bryan's service made the visit especially good. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, and I felt genuinely cared for. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. My room at M Hotel Saigon was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I had a wonderful stay, will definitely come back, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saigon.

We stayed at M Saigon Hotel on NYE in 2025, in two minimalist rooms on the 4th and 5th floors for two couples. The location is very central and convenient, close to everything you'd need if you only had a day like we did. The rooms had what you'd expect from a hotel and comfortable beds, but the design gave them a weird feel, though not haunted or anything. The industrial look, sink beside the bed, and tiny bathroom didn't make for a relaxing vibe, and industrial design wasn't what I pictured for a "minimalist room." I hadn't realized there was no pool. They say there's a gym, but it's just a tiny room with literally three pieces of equipment. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with lots of variety and mostly very flavorful options. I especially liked the pate with bread and mango yogurt. Staff were super helpful and kind. They left a note warning us about the New Year traffic and crowds, which was useful, and two cans of Saigon beer with some nuts as a complimentary touch. Since it was NYE, the rooms were quite expensive. I think we paid over 200 USD per room, if I remember correctly. They couldn't offer late checkout, which I understand, but helped store our luggage for a few hours.

The noise was the hardest part of my stay. I could hear other guests through the thin walls, from showers and toilet flushes to conversations and more personal sounds. The twin room bathroom also offered almost no privacy: its frosted glass door made it easy to see inside whenever the lights were on. That made getting things done awkward since I wasn't travelling with a romantic partner. The bars nearby could be loud at night too, depending on the room. The location itself is excellent, with 7-11, Circle K and a huge mall close by, and reception was fine. I might come back in different circumstances. It could suit a solo traveller or someone comfortable with that lack of privacy.

The room was clean, comfortable and well kept, and the staff were friendly, professional and quick to help. I was especially relieved to find a room here after a stressful last-minute search during a busy holiday, when availability is usually hard to find. The price was high because of the timing and holiday demand, but the service and quality made it worthwhile. A dependable choice if you need somewhere during a peak period.
