Masteri An Phu - High Class Retreat Apt District 2

From a high floor facing the road, you can see the Saigon river. There are nice fireworks here for most national events.

There are lots of food options around this very nice neighborhood, along with coffee shops and convenience stores.

Management is very contradictory. Anyone can do construction work in their apartment every day by filling out a form at reception. Nobody checks what work is happening or how much noise it causes nearby residents.

Don’t live in this building if you have pets. The security guards constantly hassle you, and management ignores complaint emails before sending violations for things we can’t control. They enforce pet rules against foreigners while letting local pet owners do whatever they want. Management and security don’t follow their own rules, and it feels like foreigners and locals are held to different standards.
