La Memoria Hotel City Centre

Four nights at La Memoria Hotel, and wow, it really set a high bar 🥹✨ The rooms were spacious and everything worked perfectly. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially Thru Yeung? And being able to walk around the city easily was the best part. Definitely one to remember 💛

The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was really good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I had a great stay and would definitely return.

I checked out at around 5:30 AM, and I'm quite sure the two unopened cream cheese packages were still in the fridge. They were souvenirs for friends back home, and I had been gone less than two hours when I got in touch. I asked the hotel to check and pass them to my friend, who hadn't checked out yet. The staff said they found two glasses of water I'd already drunk and a cigarette, but not the cream cheese. I'm very sure I'd left both packages there. I hope the hotel looks into what happened and improves how guests' belongings are handled. Even though these were small things, honesty and responsibility from staff matter, and better handling would help guests trust the hotel and prevent this happening to someone else. Thank you.

There was hair all over the floor and in the shower when we arrived, and the whole room smelled strongly of urine. The door felt like a prison door, with gaps at the top and bottom that let in constant traffic noise from outside. We asked for the room to be cleaned, but the shower was still dirty and the smell remained. We ended up moving to another hotel. They said they would refund us, but no refund ever came.
