MEANDER Saigon

The corridors had a really strong cleaning or air freshener smell, which I didn’t like. My room could get cold, though they’ll give you another blanket if you need one. Otherwise, Meander was amazing. It’s a very nice, clean hostel with a luxury feel, though it costs more. The bed was so comfortable. The pillow I first had was too hard, but they offer different kinds, and I slept well after changing it. The location is great, within walking distance of where you need to go, and it’s easy to get Grabs. How social it is depends on you. I’d stay again. Thank you Meander❤️

I’ve been travelling a long time, and this is easily one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. The all-female dorm was clean, with spacious, big beds and comfy pillows. I wouldn’t change a thing. The bathrooms are always very clean, and the showers are lovely, with good pressure and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It can be quiet if you want a break from socializing, but there’s room to be social too. I’d highly recommend it to travelers who want somewhere a bit nicer without spending too much.

The location made exploring easy, with all the key spots in District 1 within a 10-15 minute walk. The communal kitchen was well stocked, and having a fridge for groceries was really convenient. The coworking space was a nice addition, though I wish it stayed open later. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The service and hospitality were exceptional, and the rooms were beautiful, with incredibly comfortable beds. They can provide a softer pillow and slippers if you need them. The bathrooms were spotless, and the showers were great, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guests can also use a straightener and blow dryer. I have zero complaints. It felt like staying in a five-star hotel, and the hostel bed was well worth the money. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

I spent 10 days at MENDER Saigon and had a great stay from beginning to end. It’s tucked into a peaceful neighborhood but still within walking distance of almost everything, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. As a remote worker, the coworking space was the highlight for me. It’s well equipped, the internet was reliable, and there are private phone booths for distraction-free online meetings. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and I thought the place offered excellent value. The bedding was comfortable, the lockers were spacious and secure, and the washrooms stayed clean throughout my stay. Ten days and no complaints. I’ll make MENDER Saigon my first choice on future trips. Highly recommended!
