Breakfast had lots of food and a nice range of choices. I stayed Nov. 24-26, 2025, and found the hotel well suited to a business meeting or conference. It is a bit far from the city center, but otherwise I highly recommend it.

We’ve stayed at your hotel for years, mainly because of the location, even though we knew other better-managed hotels would welcome our business and provide the service we expect. We never thought your service was exceptional. Refusing a refund when the number of nights stayed hasn’t changed feels like taking advantage of customers. The tone and quality of your replies, both to our guest and in writing, are also far below an acceptable level, more like what you’d expect from a one-star place. It’s a shame a service business performs so poorly.

The bidet worked well, and the shower pressure was good from both. The room was spacious and comfortable, though I was only there one night and didn’t get to try the facilities. There’s a nice park nearby, along with malls and other things. It was a nice change to be away from District 1.

Breakfast was decent, with some good options most days, and the staff there were attentive and polite. The lobby bar was a little slow, though otherwise great. The room was kept up well, the AC worked properly, and the shower had good pressure and heat. Mattress was firm but okay. A good choice if District 7 works for you. I’d stay again without hesitation.
