I paid extra because it was advertised as having a hot tub, but it turned out to be a regular bathtub, and there was no hot water at all, so I couldn’t even shower. They said the solar heater wasn’t working because there was no sun. What happens during rainy season?

The room smelled nice and was clean, which made a good first impression. It was quite busy when I arrived, so check-in took a little while, but the reception staff were helpful and polite.

I slept comfortably thanks to the good soundproofing. The room was neat and just as described, the staff were friendly, and the receptionist was very helpful.

I paid over 800,000 VND for a stay that didn’t feel worth the price, and the extra charges cost even more than the room itself. The room was cramped, with no wardrobe, and the poor-quality furniture didn’t feel neat or tidy to use. The bathroom smelled unpleasant, its fixtures felt flimsy, and the paint was peeling.
