For a residential complex, this was a very disappointing experience. The front desk staff were unfriendly and communicated poorly. When problems came up, they handled them superficially and passed responsibility along.

I waited at the counter for 10 minutes with nobody there. A woman in uniform walked past, told me to wait, then disappeared.

I really liked the place, but the security service was awful and disappointing. They swear and shout at you in Vietnamese, apparently not realizing you speak Vietnamese fluently.

The place is outdated, and the apartments are missing a lot of what they need. Most need a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. The staff are okay, but don’t expect much help. Apart from a couple of people, they barely speak English. There are better places to stay in Saigon.

The pool area is lovely and calm, and the apartments are okay, but the gym is very basic. I lived there for a year. They add hefty extra charges to every bill and ask for payment for almost any help, even when the issue is their responsibility. Service wasn't great, and the bad smell throughout the hallways never went away. For this area, it felt overpriced.
