OYO 424 Minh Anh Hotel

The rooms were clean and really cheap, and the staff were friendly and ready to help whenever needed. I spent three days here in a completely local area and didn’t meet any foreigners, which gave me a chance to connect with everyday life in Saigon. The location felt perfect for experiencing the city’s authentic atmosphere. I’ll definitely come back.

The reception guy and owners were kind and willing to help, but my room was dusty and not clean. There was hair everywhere, spiderwebs on the ceiling, and empty bottles under the bed. There was no hot water either. The solar panels didn’t provide any, and since I was sick at the time, I had to shower in cold water.

I’ve stayed here on and off for around six months, mainly because Mrs. Mai and Mr. Ca are so friendly and helpful. They’ve treated me like family, gone out of their way for me, and we communicate well in English. The staff are kind and attentive too, with someone always at the front desk to help and keep an eye on guest security. Rooms come in small, medium, and large sizes with prices to match. They’re comfortable, with good Wifi, AC, a fan, and a TV with YouTube. Rates are very reasonable, and you can find what you need close by. I have nothing but good things to say about the owners, staff, and hotel. I highly recommend Minh Anh Hotel in Go Vap, HCMC!

I’ve booked dozens of places in and around Saigon over the past month, and this one has been the most well-rounded. Helpful customer service that speaks English well, fast wifi, a clean room, no bugs, and a good price.
