I don't think I could have found somewhere better for the money. The room had plenty of space for my cases and clothes, and District Four made a good base for exploring Ho Chi Minh City. I hadn't known about the districts before I arrived: District One is better if you want more city life, while District Two has more indie coffee shops and yoga places. The room itself was basic but clean. I was there five days and nobody serviced the room, so maybe you have to ask for the bins to be emptied and towels changed. I didn't bother by the time I realized, since I was leaving in two hours. Maybe they thought I should have asked them to clean, or thought I liked living in my own filth. On my second night I emptied the bins myself, then locked myself out at midnight. Luckily I found a cheerful person who let me back in. I liked that he checked my identity against the passport photo they'd taken at check-in, in case I was the proverbial axe murderer. There was no hot water one day, which was a bit annoying.

The price was cheap, and there are a few convenience stores nearby. It's about 10 minutes from District 1 by Grab. I stayed three nights and found the room very spacious and, most importantly, very clean. There's a shared kitchen if you want to cook. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though they couldn't speak English. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in HCM City.

The staff are what made my short stay in Saigon feel like home. They were always welcoming and friendly, shared their food so I could try some Vietnamese dishes, and even offered to do my laundry. The rooms were super clean, and the place is well placed if you want to get away from Ho Chi Minh City's bustle while still being close enough to walk into town. There's also a 'coffee-desk', a lovely way to fuel up before heading out. I can't recommend it enough, and I'll stay here next time I'm back.

Convenience stores and restaurants were close by, and the staff were very helpful and hospitable. I spent 10 days here and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean. Worth a try.

The location was convenient, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a great two-night stay and would definitely come back if I visit HCMC again ☺️
