Language Exchange Hostel 1

The staff were rude, unprofessional, and no help at all. The place was very dirty, with dust, stained sheets, a strong unpleasant smell, and mold on the walls and ceiling. There were rats in the kitchen, which is unacceptable. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, and basic amenities were missing. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay. The hygiene and service fell below basic standards. I wouldn't recommend it or come back. 😡😡😡

This was a nightmare. I booked through Airbnb, but the place looked completely different from the photos. When I arrived, they told me I had been scammed, then offered me a room here. I was exhausted from traveling, so I agreed to stay for two days. The beds were filthy and had bedbugs, and there was mold, other pests, and a rat in the kitchen. I checked out after two days, but they charged me for the whole week. When I asked for the money back, they got very aggressive and never refunded it. They kept my money for the full week.

I couldn't stay in the hostel because it was so hot on the first floor, with only two tiny sofas and two fans. There were bedbugs everywhere, and my whole body was covered in bites. I asked the staff to clean the bed and change the bedding, but they didn't. The toilet inside the room was really small, and its light shone on me when I tried to sleep. Sorry, I don't speak any other languages. Don't stay here.

The room had bedbugs and dirty sheets, and there was a strange smell in both the rooms and lobby. The location wasn't ideal for getting to attractions in District 1. Staff didn't know anything about the free student tour advertised on booking websites.
