It was good.

I paid 500,000 VND at reception for my stay yesterday, January 20th, from 11 am to 5 pm. The receptionist couldn't give me the 250,000 VND change, and still didn't have it when I left. I left my bank account number and phone number so the hotel could transfer the extra 250,000 VND, but I haven't received it or heard from them yet.

The room itself was fine, but being inside a clothing shop made it feel not very private.

I left at 12:15 AM and ended up outside, ringing the bell for an hour without anyone opening the door. No one will let you in after midnight. I'll have to stay somewhere else tonight. Anyone coming here should definitely avoid staying.
4/10
The room was new, but the towels, sheets, mattress, and blankets weren't. There was hair and staining on the towels that wouldn't wash out. All in all, disappointing.
